PM Preschool/Daycare Aid (Part-Time)
This teacher is responsible to assist the lead teachers in the Early learning center. The Preschool Aid oversees classroom ratios, play time, activity time, and classroom management. Some classes have children who are not expected to be potty-trained and teacher will assist in this learning opportunity and care of these children. The Preschool Aid will work with other employees to comply with state ratios and regulations throughout the afternoon. State-mandated training and certifications will be expected to be completed and up to date when the facility request. The ability to lift and assist children is required.
Anticipated Time/Schedule:
Days: Monday – Friday
Start Time: 12:00pm
End Time: 5:30pm
*Breaks according to state guidelines will be given.
Preschool Teacher
This teacher is responsible to be the co-teacher for the 3 and 4 year old preschool program in the Early learning center. Aspects of the position will include teaching Bible Lessons, craft times, prayer, and music time. The teacher oversees classroom ratios, play time, activity time, preschool lessons and classroom management in collaboration with the other preschool teacher. The teacher will work with preschool/daycare aids to comply with state ratios and regulations. State-mandated training and certifications will be expected to be completed and up to date. Ability to lift and assist children is required.

4th Grade Elementary Teacher (Full-time)
The teacher will serve the Lord Jesus Christ by prayerfully helping the students learn attitudes, skills, and subject matter that will contribute to their development as mature, able, and responsible Christians to the praise and glory of God. The teacher would be responsible for the 4th grade classroom which includes teaching core subjects, classroom management, field trips, and collaboration with peers.

5th Grade Elementary Teacher (Full-time)
The teacher will serve the Lord Jesus Christ by prayerfully helping the students learn attitudes, skills, and subject matter that will contribute to their development as mature, able, and responsible Christians to the praise and glory of God. The teacher would be responsible for the 5th grade classroom which includes teaching core subjects, classroom management, field trips, and collaboration with peers.

High School Math Teacher (Full-time)
The teacher will serve the Lord Jesus Christ by prayerfully helping the students learn attitudes, skills, and subject matter that will contribute to their development as mature, able, and responsible Christians to the praise and glory of God. The High school Math teacher will be expected oversee the Math department for EFCA high school students. Classes could include Algebra 1, Algebra 2, Geometry, Pre-Calculus, Calculus, Consumer Math, and/or Business Math.

Foreign Language Teacher
The part-time Foreign Language teacher is responsible for overseeing the elementary language offering for all K-5th grade students. In addition, the teacher will teach or oversee two or three periods of secondary foreign language. The secondary foreign language will be in correlation with Liberty University Online Academy. The foreign language teacher is expected to be able to speak fluently and articulate the foreign language of choice for the elementary and possible secondary offering. Assistance and progress monitoring with the other language offerings through LUOA is expected.

Part-Time Art Teacher:
The part-time Art teacher is responsible for overseeing the elementary Art classes for all K-5th grade students. In addition, the teacher will teach or oversee two or three periods of secondary Art electives. The art electives can be chosen prior to the start of the year based off supplies, interest, and strategic fine arts offerings. Secondary electives could include ceramics, 2D art design, drawing, exploratory art, digital graphic design, yearbook, etc. The teacher would be expected to maintain good classroom management and teaching practices as well as participating in the Evening of the Arts or other events that advance the art program at EFCA.

High School Social Studies Teacher (Full-time)
The teacher will serve the Lord Jesus Christ by prayerfully helping the students learn attitudes, skills, and subject matter that will contribute to their development as mature, able, and responsible Christians to the praise and glory of God. The teacher would be responsible for the social studies curriculum for 9th -12th grade. This will include topics such as geography, US History, government, World History, and economics. Teachers are expected to participate in professional development, building level support teams, and student discipleship.
